Welcome to the peaceful Barn Cottage, situated on the backside of our one-acre property with its own access off Tannery Road. This charming two-bedroom cottage features grand barn doors that open to the outdoors, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a spiral staircase leading to a beautiful loft bedroom.

Take delight in the numerous private garden areas surrounding the Barn Cottage, which provide the perfect setting for relaxing games of Finska or badminton. We recently added an outdoor firepit, strategically placed to soak up the breathtaking views of the mountain. Our property offers a communal entertainment area, which boasts a large firepit and a covered dining area. With Cambewarra Mountain as the backdrop, this spot is perfect for unwinding and taking in the scenic beauty surrounding the farmland. While this space is open to guests, we make sure to prioritize privacy for our other guests by kindly asking everyone to notify the host before utilizing this communal space.

 

Even though it provides a secluded escape, our property is conveniently located and is only 15 minutes away from the towns of Berry and Kangaroo Valley. It is also just 30 minutes away from the stunning beaches at Jervis Bay, Shoalhaven Heads, Gerringong, and Huskisson. For added convenience, the Bomaderry Shopping complex - home to Woolworths, BWS, Pharmacy, Coffee shop, Fast Food options, Massage Spa & Nailspa - is just a five-minute drive away.
